Governance

Many SMEs experience pressure between operations and the development of their business, as they both need to run their existing business model and take a strategic view of megatrends such as ESG and other changes in the business environment.

At the same time, they are pressed for time, resources and skills, which makes it challenging both to optimise the business and take advantage of the new business opportunities that megatrends such as ESG bring – and not least to execute on them. If SMEs are to succeed in developing your business in a changing world, this therefore places demands on the way you run your business – and it all comes down to governance.

In this third and final video, Mette Neville therefore goes into depth on how you can work strategically with the “G” in your company to make ESG a focus area.
