Data are central when you need to assess what is material in relation to your customer relationships, your positive impact on the world, and your company’s resources.

Data

In addition, data can be crucial for your business in relation to customers and partners when you need to demonstrate:

  • data on the company’s social responsibility
  • what you are already doing and what goals you have for the future

For example, use Cabi’s Excel template for your focus on S1. The overview is well suited for dialogue within your company about what you already do, where there may be potential, and for sharing knowledge across, for example, HR, management and finance.

In the video below, you’ll get help with how you can find data on the social conditions in your company, as well as how you can compile data, goals and initiatives in Cabi’s Excel template.

Template

Cabi’s Excel sheet for the company’s social responsibility

Use the data fields that make sense for your business. Briefly describe what you do, what goals you have, and enter data from the selected year. This way, you get an overview of initiatives and targets for the S in ESG. Content from the Excel file can be used in other reporting documents for customers, banks, or in proposals for potential customers.

You can download the template for free here.

Data

Where can you find data?

  • Some figures can be found within your own organization, e.g., finance/accounts and HR
  • You can extract data for a range of social conditions at vitas.bm.dk. This includes flex jobs, utility jobs, §56, company internships, wage subsidies, adult apprentices, IGU apprentices, job rotation, support for mentors, personal assistance and aids.
  • The job centre can also contribute data from your collaboration

Please reach out if you have any questions regarding the project.
