Social

The ‘S’ (Social) in ESG focuses on how companies can work more sustainably with social conditions, such as recruiting broadly, tailoring onboarding for new employees, retaining employees through, for example, adjustments, and preventing sickness absence and poor well-being, which can otherwise lead to, among other things, high employee turnover. 

For more than 20 years, a great many companies have used Cabi’s knowledge and tools to strengthen their social profile. Here, you will be equipped to work with social conditions in an ESG context.
